A logo is an image, but primarily it’s an introduction to a brand. I firmly believe, the logo must reach a specific audience and incorporate the essence of the institution. At the same time, it should not imitate other recognizable logos, rather should be something out of the box. it is helpful to stay up to date on design trends, however it's more vital to stay true to a brand's overarching personality. In order to do so, it is important to think creatively and effectively.

During my time at Rue La La, I was mostly involved in post production work, i.e, doing touch ups on photographs and creating layouts for the boutique doors. I was also responsible for doing the PFP’s (Pull from Product) where I had to take the picture of the merchant’s product and edit it on a photographed background to make it look like an actual image shot in the studio.

Also featured in this documentary is Carmen Pola, the first Hispanic Female to run for Office in Boston and Cara Solomon, the founder of Everyday Boston. This documentary was produced to spread their message and raise awareness of the importance of communication.

A moment when time stands still and you breathe. When you’re the only one alive. Your soul’s existence and you in a perplexingly large universe. A moment you know where you fit in the massive scale of things. Massive is your mind. Massive is ‘you’. You are the largest creation of your mind.
